On today’s episode I interview one of my contest winners of our weekly topic! He took action and gave great value to YOU so I am rewarding him for his efforts. He and I have been connected via Linkedin since 2019 and have built a friendship over that timeframe.
If you are a parent, you should listen. If you’re an aspiring parent, you should listen. If you’re dreaming of one day living in another country, you should listen. If you are bilingual and speak Spanish, you should listen. If you want some simple life coaching and/or business coaching advice from someone that doesn’t give any BS, you should listen.
He helped me via DM grow from a team of 1 to a team across 3 continents during the global pandemic. Had it not been for a ‘mentor’ in the US that caused division on the team, I still would be having interns in Leeks, UK and India respectively.
Keshu, one of my interns who lives in India, invited me to his wedding this year so it told me that I wasn’t the problem but I need to be more careful when people ‘volunteer’ their time to help me.
Charles on the other hand is no one to be concerned about. He gives great value and I know you’re going to love the show! Check out a little bit about his bio here:
“I was born in Tacoma Washington but raised in California. I took the traditional route of going straight through from high school through college. Once I graduated from college I moved to Los Angeles as I felt God’s call to be involved in a church that was active in the community. In Los Angeles I enjoyed improving my Spanish, working with local youth and met, among others, two wonderful young adults who I helped navigate their process of dating and eventual marriage to each other. Over the years I moved back to Northern California where I had grown up, worked in different industries, got married, adopted a child and moved to North Carolina. After getting separated and then divorced and losing my mom to cancer, I finally decided to pursue my life long dream of living in Latin America. God has a way of planning ahead, I now live with the couple I knew from Los Angeles. I live on a farm up in the cloud rain forests of Costa Rica near two volcanoes. I mainly work for the nonprofit my friends founded but I also have a side gig on LinkedIn helping people.”
Oh and the internet was super spotty that’s why you don’t see me, but shoutout to Grant Cardone and the Cardone Family for putting on the 10x conference back in 2018 in Florida! I was there and it was EPIC! One of his team members interviewed me about my company and I would LOVE to see if they have a copy of it 😉😉😉😉😉 Love you guys!
