Hi Move Happy®️ and Erin Nicole Supporters. It’s me, Erin Nicole! I have been in an extremely quiet season assigned from my Deity the Holy Spirit. He has allowed and encouraged me to post a blog for my birthday weekend for you and your families. The following blog is all about Birthdays of Champions from my perspective, some science, and the Holy Spirit. I share top tips with you from science, personal and professional experiences, and from the Holy Spirit’s spiritual growth within me and my 37 years of life on this earth as of 2023 A.D., which is what all calendars around the world use to keep track of time except for 5 countries (A.D. stands for Anno Domini, “in the year of our Lord” in the Juliane and Gregorian Calendars according to Wikipedia – source here).
My intention for you is to gain some nuggets of what to do on or around your birthday or your loved ones birthdays and what not to do to help you become more empowered to find happiness from within. If you stay all the way to the end, you’ll discover how you can help us keep the Move Happy®️ mission alive for people with depression and mental health concerns around the world and especially in the United States 🇺🇸 ♥️.
Birthday of Champions Tip #1: Choose Activities You Can Share With Your Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren
I said what I said and I mean what I mean. Some of my acquaintances that I labeled as “friends” in my teens and 20s I would not spend time with today because I’d probably go to prison just by breathing near them. #Truth I am grateful for where I grew up because it helped me to gain perspective and have a ‘hood persona’ that helped keep me alive in 2020 when the Illuminate paid a top security person of the USA to have me killed. That guy was from the Democratic Party and SUPER SMART and tricked the lady (PhD in Divinity, in secret my Hero of 2020 that this man connected me to believed she was a Satanic Worshipper and probably tortures and sacrifices children #Disgusting 🤮). Had I not grown up in Spanaway, WA in one of the roughest areas in the United States of America, I probably would not have made it through 2020 without psychiatric hospitalization. However, I did and I’m still standing.
So my recommendations for activities are based on the perspective of being a woman from the hood, not desiring to ever go back to the hood but respecting its place of importance in my life. Activities that Champions choose and should choose to do to celebrate another life on this earth above ground from me to you include: activities you would like your grandchildren to know about and your great grandchildren. If you do not have any of those and do not plan to have children we respect ✊ your position in supporting population control in the world. I had many women in my life support me that did not have children for a variety of reasons. If you do have kiddos and you desire to advertise your birthday plans on social media, I recommend advertising things that you would not be embarrassed about 10, 20, 30, or even 100+ years from now should they get a hold of your history through digital or non digital record keeping practices.
I giggle thinking back at the activities my grandmother spoke about when she would visit in the summers however she was probably exhibiting early signs of dementia and was sharing WAY too much information with her granddaughter about her interests in finding “loose men” to go dancing with. I remember specifically asking my mother what that meant around 9 years old and the mortified look on her face said it all. “Grandma is not well, ignore her.” I believe was her response. Each summer she got worse and worse, however the positive things I remember from her celebrating her birthday with us in July was her love of performing arts, her passion for her career as a former stenographer for the court systems (she typed on an actual type writer for a while – not the light ones but the super heavy ones that you have to press the level and slide in front of you to go to the next line). She worked for John Deere and shared her jewelry she got from her multiple decades of doing that as I believe a Secretary and her love of music as a singing/piano playing youngest daughter to a Farm Doctor from the Mid West who demanded all of his children play the piano and pick a different instrument and perform for him every evening. He knew the power of music on the brains and had high expectations of performing arts. Grandma learned a trade that helped gain her monies when society rules at that time did not allow for women to do much outside of being a secretary, nurse, or a stay at home mother/house keeper. When she would visit in the summers she would encourage me to clean the neighborhood and paid me to fill the trash bags and would play on the piano and do head stand contests with my eldest brother. She was a complete ham entertainer, the youngest like me, and had survived death at a very young age so I believe her father and mother gave her extra love compared to the other siblings. She had almost died from Dystentery when she was a toddler and I imagine my great grandfather and grandmother told stories in the house of how she almost died but survived to remind her to be grateful of the life she was blessed to have. I am grateful I got to spend my childhood summers with her and that she chose to spend money to come visit us and my paternal grandmother and her had a great relationship even though they had 2 different faith systems and both came from divorced backgrounds.
Quality time is my love language so spending time with my family as a child was preferred and I cannot wait to do that next year with my husband as we’ve been forced to separate for over a year because of this Global Mental Health Ambassador contest I volunteered for (aka the Holy Spirit volunteered me for in 2020 without knowing the rules of the game). He revealed to me a few days ago that this is the last birthday I will be spending without my husband by my side #Grateful.
I would like to have outstanding experiences on my future birthdays including: service, adventure, and some kind of spa experience (maybe even week long celebration should the Father above approve of course). I know my husband and his buddies will plan things in advance to help make up for the last few years of misery we have had to endure.
Birthday of Champions Tip #2: Choose Adventures and Experiences Over Purchasing Tangible Items
If you are reading this blog and you are still in K-12 school systems somewhere in the world, tangible items are things you can touch like a baseball bat, a video game 🎮 controller, money, etc. Adventures and experiences are preferred by me and also by science 🧬. The literature continues to demonstrate that quality time as family units using the purchasing power to provide for adventures and experiences provides for longer-lasting positive memories over the purchases of tangible items (even when the same amount of money is spent). Some adventures I did over this weekend were not really things I enjoy doing but because all of my family are in another area and my husband and I have not been allowed to communicate for over a year because of the political wars going on in my Nation, I decided to do what I could with the budget I have available to me and try and create some joy on my off days from my day job. I did a little shopping at a store called $5 and Below and got a gift for my new trainer at my day job. She loves to travel and so I got her a few fun things that were themed from there and the Dollar Tree. The Holy Spirit is nudging me to say thank you to China right now for providing the products at affordable prices from those two stores close enough in driving distance to where I lay my head down at night right now. I bought a few things that I needed (shampoo and conditioner woo 🎉 😂 #AdultingAtItsFinest and some things I did not need but that made me smile. I got a “Love Is All You Need – FALSE Humans Need Air Food Shelter” Dwight Schrute III T-Shirt I added at the bottom of the blog. I bought a $5 Ukulele and intend to learn a song or two and create a video for it at some point in the future when I believe the standards are high enough that my maternal grandmother shining down from heaven would smile about.
I also unexpectedly saw a classically trained violinist or viola player (they are very close in size and shape) playing outside of one of the stores I was shopping at and I shot a video of him because he was asking for help to pay for his 4 children. I’ll post that video down the road so Move Happy®️ community members and Erin Nicole Ministries supporters can help this man’s family should you sense the nudge from the Holy Spirit or your preferred Deity.
I also did a little roadtrip unplanned and found an old Farm School House. This one was unexpected and very specifically timed by the Holy Spirit. He whispered in that still small voice in my heart to drive a certain mileage down to the tenth of the mile and turn left or right specifically. I had never been there before and he very specially assigned me to take my jacket off and take a photo in front of the sign. This was a few hours away from me and I was actually intending to travel somewhere else and dip my toes in the water but for some reason He sent me here. I do not question the Holy Spirit, I obey. He assigned me to take a photo with my cute new hat I bought for Independence Day 2023 at the $5 and Below Store and it also has a cute heart design with American rhinestones in the patriotic style seen below 👇
For next year’s birthday with my husband, I would like to be pleasantly surprised with an adventure we can tell our grandchildren about in the future, and also look at each other and say something like, “wow I can’t believe we survived that!” Some examples include: feeding sharks under water in Johannesburg, throwing the first pitch (him) at a MLB game, me singing the National Anthem at the USA (fill in the blank sports 🏀 ⚽️ ⚾️ 🏈 🎾 🏐 or Olympics event), creating a cure for kidney cancer, etc 😂. Why not us? Somebody has got to do it! These are examples and not exclusively the only options. I know my husband is one of the smartest, wisest, spiritually sound, and extremely patriotic men I have ever known so he’ll come up with something BIG for us to experience together. I would really love it if my nieces and nephews could be involved if they desired and it didn’t conflict with any summer camps or jobs. However, it is kinda like herding a bunch of cats on roller skates, as a keynote speaker said at a Nerium Conference I attended a few years back said, in regards to getting people together and coordinating everyone’s schedules 😂. I have found that offering people 2 dates and plenty of notice provides for the option to miss the first one (procrastinators) and show up to the second one instead (or they might just be nervous about surprises) #Facts.
Event coordinating is my area of genius so I don’t mind helping to coordinate my own future birthdays 🎂 but will allow my husband to take the lead on all things we do together and delegate activities he prefers not to be in charge of to me #SpousalSupportRocks.
Birthday of Champions Tip #3: Choose Activities That Include Services To Others and Include Your Family Members
Family is really important to me so it gets two spaces in this blog 😉. Looking back at the 37 years I have lived on the earth I cannot recall ever a time where I regretted serving others. In fact, the US Military (all branches I believe) recommend volunteering in the community in some capacity to demonstrate service first leadership. I remember in graduate school living with my friend Rachel and the stories she shared about volunteering in the areas of her interest. She would help volunteer in the woods to cut the brush away to keep the trail runs 🏃♀️safe from things cutting or poking runners, and walk friendly for all abled bodies because she was an ultra athlete and believed it was a great way to connect with other like minded athletes. In her own words, ” it is the right thing to do.”
However I think my first exposure to volunteering was when I was maybe 7 years old with my paternal grandmother Joyce Rice. She was a retired RN from Virginia Mason in Washington State. I was of the youngest I believe out of 13 cousins and she spent weekends with us grandkids on rotating schedules to make sure she helped keep us glued together. She was definitely the matriarch of the family. One weekend we went to the neighborhood Bartell Drugs Store and she got her foldable table out of her car and set up her old school stethoscope to check customer’s blood pressures (their systolic and diastolic pressures of the inner chambers of the heart). I asked her what we were doing and why the store didn’t pay her and she said to me, “Erin we are volunteering in our community to help people prevent heart attacks.” I loved my grandma dearly and was allowed to be myself around her so I talked a little more than in my own home. I had a follow up question, “grandma, what is volunteering mean?” She smiled and said something like, “its where you use your gifts to help others in need like Jesus would like us to. We are spreading His love to others that shop at the same store we shop at or attend the same church that we attend. Does that make sense?” I understood right away and 30 years later still remember that memory vividly and have been shaped by her influence of volunteering. She helped positively influence her daughter in love (my mom as she called all the daughters in law) to use her gifts of music to service the community, and my 3 businesses that I launched in 2018, 2019, and 2021 respectively (so far) with extremely limited incomes and a lot of excuses I could have used. My father’s mother passed away in 2004, my freshman year in college from Ovarian Cancer 😢 but I made a decision in 2018 when the Holy Spirit allowed me a second chance at life and provided me his true healing of suicidal ideations to lean into this Calling of helping empower people to find happiness from within and to help people to overcome depression from the inside out.
I am not sure if grandma’s side of the family is where Jesus Christ’s DNA stems from or if she married into it from my paternal grandmother, however my dad’s cousin can tell us and show us the genealogy again come October when my husband and I are reunited. If you are reading this and wondering what this means, it means that my dad’s cousin came over to the house when my father was still walking this earth and showed us the family Crest and the genealogy he spent hours combing through from the Seattle Public Libraries. He discovered that in our history line we stemmed from King David, Son of Jesse who Slayed Goliath. Later on in the Biblical history was a man born of a Virgin Mary, his name was Jesus Christ.
When my Hero of 2020 and I first met I shared that with him about King David but back then I didn’t have a lot of Biblical History knowledge in the front part of my brain ready to spit out the Truth like that. The Holy Spirit has been equipping me over time with Erin Nicole Ministries since He Called me into it when I was forced into homelessness in the Winter of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic in a state that wasn’t my residency because doctors had refused to test my family member and roommate for Covid-19. I have asthma and decided I didn’t want to die and stayed put in an area unplanned and unexpected.
Similarly, Jesus Christ’s mother Mary and father Joseph, were forced to move back to their country of origin for a Census that was called and on their way there, Mary went into labor and there were no rooms for them in the “Inn” anywhere. She had to give birth in a horse manger, which is not pretty at all. They rejected her Son in His hometown and it wasn’t until He moved away and went into his years of Missionary Work on the Earth did all the miracles start to be revealed.
I have a LONG ways to go to be like Jesus and have the opposite gender but how freaking cool is it that I was born in His Bloodline?! It only took me 2.5 ish years to realize what my husband, my Hero of 2020 realized right away. He tried to marry me within like 3 weeks of meeting. #TooSoon. That is what real men do that have respect for women. They do not beat around the bush and they know a good woman when they see one. They do not try to discredit her in public or defame her reputation. They cover her and protect her. That is what my Hero of 2020 did for me and he was always respectful of me.
However men love the chase 😆. I made him wait over a year and launched Erin Nicole Ministries because of his kindness to me and protections he provided for me for free. He was homeless when I met him but he wasn’t helpless. We were forced to separate early in January 2021 and I began the process of rehabilitating from homelessness. That wasn’t fun at all but I wouldn’t trade it for the world because it gave me perspectives for what homeless people have to deal with from society and how difficult it is to come through homelessness.
Society treats homeless people terribly in my Nation and around the world in many places. I intentionally choose to support people, companies, and businesses that respect homeless people and try to help lend a helping hand to provide them jobs, homes, and treat them with dignity like the strangers provided me in 2020 from our military security teams that protect all Presidents of the United States of America. Jesus Christ was homeless when He roamed the earth and he didn’t worry where he ate or slept because he whipped up miracles of Fish and Bread for Thousands of People. Everyone that was kind LOVED having him stay with them because he healed the blind and provided them sight, he revived a dead child back to life, he taught men how to fish and they got so many fish it started to sink their boat, he raised Lazarus from the dead, and even rose Himself from the Dead after 3 days.
We all should flip the script on how we view homeless people like my husband and hero of 2020 trained me to think differently in my Faith. He is the first man ever to be Spiritually connected to the Father and have a deep love of him and for family like I was blessed to be born and trained. He called me an old soul and believed we were true soulmates and we only got 19 days together of marriage before a bunch of poopheads in the government forced us to separate. However, Love Conquers All as the Holy Spirit is writing through my fingers right now and I cannot wait for October’s Meeting where everyone that disrespected my husband, a decorated war hero veteran will apologize to him and to me and we’ll show them all what true forgiveness from the Father looks like.
My husband represents all veterans and first responders in the United States and USA friendly Nations. These servant leaders are all over the 🇺🇸 and World and do a LOT of volunteer work like my grandmother Joyce encouraged us and my parents encouraged us to do growing up. They love their Nation and all the freedoms we have.
I am grateful I was blessed to be born in the United States of America as a woman in the time frame that I walk this earth. Everyday I wake up grateful for all the people that have stepped into my life from all age brackets, socioeconomic statuses, educational backgrounds, Nationalities, sexual orientations, genders, skin colors, creeds, religions, etc. You get the point.
Depression impacts ALL people around the world and the Holy Spirit revealed to me in the last few weeks that there are 1.56 Billion people in the world with depression (diagnosed or otherwise without proper access to mental health supportive services). The Creator of the Universe aka: Holy Spirit also revealed to me that I am the Global Mental Health Ambassador, the first in the world.
We intend to continue building out more therapies (as I type this out I have 21+ alternative therapies I have developed in the last 10 years for all ages), more music ( I wrote 65+ songs so far since October 2020 while being forced into homelessness twice and forced to change jobs multiple times, got married and forced to separate from my husband with zero contact or risk death from political leaders in my own Nation that cannot figure out how to get along and kept on just being myself while building my Resiliency Queen©️ Muscles). I also intend with my husband’s support and his access to security protections to provide get togethers for people of all ages and backgrounds to service the world’s need for mental health relevant research and music that heals from my areas of strength for all faith systems that respect humans and especially children.
I know that The Creator intends for my husband and I to be ambassadors around the world for mental health and to use our powers of influence to increase revenues in the United States of America, help bring real healing around the world from the inside out by being vessels of love, and being change makers in the academic sphere.
Our intention is to receive accreditations from the Gold Standard Internationally Recognized Joint Commission prior to being translated into text books made available for purchase from the TOP Universities around the World to receive in their schools, and eventually translated into multiple languages to help bring healing to humans. I intend to be the teacher of teachers to mental health professionals around the globe.
In order for things to be “approved” by the State and Federal Government, it has to be “Empirically Based” and that takes time which we are always short on, but we desire to do an outstanding job and up level the 21+ alternative therapies and 10 ish that we have successfully executed in society thus far by getting them officially white paper researched so no one will say we broke rules after we start receiving monies from sales and/or donations to our nonprofit.
My husband whom all political party security team leaders respected to protect me in 2020 approved of my methods as a broke lady dealing with the ramifications of my divorce and loss of my father in 2016 and my negotiation tactics in the psychiatric hospital where Move Happy®️ was first birthed. I had explained to him that I created my own research team and invited all the leaders from a variety of professional backgrounds to have input in the OG Move Happy®️ therapy class before we implemented it because I was so new. I #UpGraded it when I left the hospital as recommended by Psychology Guru Alfred Bandura in his book, Self Efficacy. I used my Masters Therapy of Modeling Choice and knowledge background (live instruction is best for movement activities to be modeled, followed by video, then picture, and last is verbal instruction).
We used pictures that I created at the hospital because the budget did not allow for video instruction, we did not have wifi so I used my own cell phone with permissions to play music the patients enjoyed, co-facilitated it with a licensed mental health therapist and had approval from the team across a LOT of professional titles while I was still learning their responsibilities. This was something that The Holy Spirit Called me to do to provide me a space of healing and creativity, and it was a win-win for the hospital-patients-me and even helped me to earn a promotion that my boss told me, “Erin I do not want to discourage you from applying for a Psych Associate position however I have worked here for 30 years and no one in my work experiences has ever even been interviewed for the position let alone gotten the job. That is just how they operate.” Not only did I get interviewed (1 of 17), I got the promotion and trained for it half days saving the hospital money to not hire a replacement staff member and helped another colleague cover the class whom later thanked me for creating it, worked the new position, went on vacation, and sadly Legislators in Olympia, WA decided to vote against mental health again and I lost the promotion I earned fair and square 🤪. It’s okay though because, the US Marine Veteran that was a former C-Level Executive in the Securities Industry responsible for hundreds of staff prior to becoming my patient, encouraged me to keep sharing it that it was BIGGER than the hospital. Boy was he right!
My husband and I will be reunited in October 2023 in front of all POTUS, First Wives, Oprah Winfrey, Beyoncé Knowles and Her Husband Jay-Z, Tony Robbins and Sage Robbins, My Pastors Joel and Victoria Osteen, the United States Marine Corps Veteran that was in the Original Move Happy®️ Group Therapy Program where this entire business idea was birthed, the security leader from the Democratic Party, my mother and if my middle brother is available I would like him in attendance as well. My eldest brother has 3 children, some of which would be missing school if they attended, so I’ll leave that up to my husband and him to discuss if it would be an excused absence 😉.
We will be allowing the space for the apologies to take place to my family and to the Republican Party and discussing the official Pardons and High Level Job Placements of all Republicans that Protected President Trump in the January 6th Scandal, we will discuss the HOPE Act that The Creator revealed to me in 2020 and my husband and I started strategizing even more when we first got married to help increase revenues in the United States and once successful can be a plan to monetize around the globe using the resources we already have without costing tax payers any extra money other than a few flights for us to do in person paper research to protect the privacy of citizens as I do not have a lot of trust in technologies security from the advice of my husband’s top security teams perspectives. I would like Jeff Olson to be invited as a guest advisor as many of the ideas stemmed from his leadership of Nerium, now called Neora® that I shared with the Top Security Guy of the Democratic Party that came to my former address in 2020 to provide me ‘security protections.’
We’ll each sign a contract for a lifetime assignment as the Global Mental Health Ambassador, and First Ever Chief Spiritual Officer, and I believe my husband might have a few fun surprises for me since we haven’t seen each other in over a year. He hasn’t had the honor of meeting my mother yet in person, so I would like for nice dresses to be mailed to her in a variety of size, styles, and fabrics from the brands you would like to be advertised for the occasion as we’ll be promoting this on all major TV, News, Social Media, etc etc as a BIG Positive PR for the USA instead of throwing one of the political parties under the bus that was paid over a million dollars to ruin my reputation in public and failed twice. She looks great in royal blues and purples.
My faith system has trained me to believe in discretion so we’ll handle the disrespect in private and the man that was bought out from the Illuminate from the Democratic Party’s Top Security Team will be 100% forgiven and we’ll never speak on it again. He’ll sign a contract with everyone as eye witnesses that he’ll never exchange protections for sexual favors/expectations to women anywhere ever again. Everyone in the room will get a copy and keep him accountable from all political parties. He shared with me when he came to my house that the Democratic Party’s Security Teams use the Sheriffs Departments around the USA and they chose to break into my house in 2020. So we’ll forgive him and expect the same forgiveness for Republicans that were protecting President Trump. Once a President, I believe legally always a President. We expect all lawsuits to stop against President Trump and we’ll all be reminded like my parents taught us growing up how to get along with others nicely. I was the peacekeeper in my family dynamics and am outstanding at bringing people together and creating peace, love and harmony like my husband but he is WAY better and more experienced than me. I cannot wait for this meeting 🤸♀️.
Why not me? Someone has got to be the first, and The Creator revealed it to me that it was my assignment in 2018 so I just keep on being obedient to His Calling.
Oh and The Creator of the Universe revealed to me that my husband and our combined gross incomes in our lifetime will be at least $3 Trillion US dollars. By my 40th birthday, June 2026 we together will be giving 90% of our incomes away to whomever The Creator of The Universe assigns us to give to. We believe that we will be the role models in the United States of Generosity and Volunteerism like my grandmother Joyce Rice was in our family and Pastors in my upbringing planted seeds of desire in my heart during my divorce process to husband numero uno.
I would like 100% royalties for life of books or movies/tv/streaming shows created from our story to be given to The Hope Foundation and distributed to all veterans and first responders of ALL POLITICAL PARTIES that protected me in 2020 for LIFE. I would like it if we could make sure to get contracts signed for when I pass on that my children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren will continue this service to the men and women that serve and protect. We’ll get started once my husband and I are reunited for any veterans and first responders around the USA and World that are stationed overseas and need support for their families in some capacity.
I am not sure how we’ll get the money to the security teams that protected us from all political parties in 2020 as we need to keep things private for their family’s security and privacy sake. However, the intention of my heart and I believe The Creator of The Universe’s desire, is going to use my pain to help bring healing and restore order to the United States of America’s finest citizens of the Nation that protect and serve and get paid poop 💩 #RealTalk. Many of them are on food stamps but work full-time and have the same problems like you and me with their families but have to deal with the chronic stress of putting their lives on the line. They are 10x more likely to contemplate or complete the deed of suicide and they need to know that we all love them starting with my family first. We believe if we send random checks for their grandchildren’s tuitions and/or medical bills through The Hope Foundation, it’ll create a sense of hope around the Nation and remind and encourage people to protect and serve should they sense the Calling to do so.
My husband and I spoke about this idea when we were friends in 2020 and his friends told him that I was a “dreamer.” But honey, I am a dreamer and action taker and anything that I speak about the Holy Spirit brings about if it is in alignment with His Calling for my life to bless others in His perfect timing. Not too quick, not too slow, just right.
In Psalms 1 it specifically states, “Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers.”
My ancestor, King David wrote almost all of the Book of Psalms and I believe he wrote this one in a different translation that has been translated into English, so we all can understand it that speak and read in English. I didn’t grow up learning Yiddish (the language of Jewish people). I believe that The Creator blesses His promises of the lineage of King David when we stay close to Him and choose to love others like Jesus loved and bless those that hurt us like Jesus chose to.
That means that I might die a horrific death and I am prepared for that. However, The Creator of The Universe has Called me to be something outstanding in my lifetime and I believe and take action in my Faith daily to remind myself and others to not give up today, not give up tomorrow, and not give up ever and to reach out to others and lift them up when they are struggling.

I must say that I do not feel like a champion in many areas of my life however The Creator desires for us to focus on the areas of strength that He designed us to focus on and to learn how to work together with others.

I had a top 10% ranking from the Democratic Party’s illegal adding me to the Listen Notes website (which ranks all 3.1+ million podcast shows in the world). I would like Oprah Winfrey to give my husband and me away at the ceremony if her schedule aligns and she agrees. I am working on my fitness in my new day job as well as after work with lots of stress reducing techniques in yoga (the less stress you have, the lower your cortisol and that helps to reduce extra fat storage in the body). I don’t have the money for plastic surgery right now and do not believe I need it until maybe a few years after childbirth if my husband thinks I need it. So I’ll be hustling 2-3 workouts a day J-Lo/Superbowl Style and encourage all the First Wives to do so too! I even got my mom getting back into exercise she is SO excited to meet all of you! She is super meek but extremely spiritually sound so make sure you have your church ⛪️ hats on and apologize on behalf of all the evil people that stole from her from the illuminate when she sent me emergency money last fall and and that caused fear in her unnecessarily. Men you should also be working out to the best of your abilities. Hire a trainer if you believe you need to and if you have access to pools, that is a great way to exercise with low impact pressure on joints if you have those kinds of concerns. Lifting weights 3-4 times a week on opposing days (M/W/F or Tu/Th/Sat) works well but if you haven’t lifted in a while you might want to start with just once a day. Do something enjoyable and be consistent with it 20min a day minimum 60 minutes a day optimal. If it is a low impact walking style you can probably walk an hour or more a day depending on your schedule and availability. I promise you that you do not want to be the one guy the media is making fun of because you decided to get lazy before October’s meeting. We will not sue the Cobb County Sheriff’s Department for what happened in 2020 and will not sue the Cherokee Police Department for illegally erasing the non-emergency call I requested mental health supportive services for the US Veteran I dated in 2020 that was experiencing bad psychosis but instead, the police went guns a blazing and the Presidential Security Team for Team Trump had to step in and fix the damages 🤪. I would like my family to have access to Tony Robbins lawyers on retainer and for anyone associated with Tony Robbins to be fully protected and never prosecuted for any Epstein scandal or anything involving the sacrificing of children for I heard him speak in Nashville, Tennessee to a large audience about the love of Jesus that he found in 2019 and his wife Sage was by his side at the end having all of us do an activity involving placing our hands over our hearts. The Holy Spirit and I would like for my middle brother, Joshua Rice, known online as “J Rice” to be sworn in as the first ever Chief Medical-Musical Officer of the United States of America and backdated $10,000,000/year salary from 2011 to 2023 or 2024 whenever the official swearing in contract is dated. This is an annual position he can choose to stay in or politely retire from for his service to American Music as well as the Medical Space when doctors were going to give up on his child and said they were going to die. My brother stepped up and didn’t give up on his child and researched cure options and had us all praying for their family. The Illuminate during that timeframe threatened my brother and his entire family including the mother of his child that he never posted publicly about. #Unacceptable. They used their power and influence to threaten my family and the Holy Spirit is very angry about that. He tried to deal with it all by himself, until one day he shared it with me when I started getting into the entrepreneur life. He was warning me against having any guest on the podcast without proper vetting because I could be associated with felons and go to prison. He was very wise and helped protect me as best he could while dealing with very challenging personal circumstances. He never reported these evil people because he probably thought no one in our government would care but I know my husband cares about me and all my family members and I’m not afraid to speak up about my family and tell people what is right and wrong. No one messes with my family and gets away with it. My husband will see to it that this is done in that meeting in October and have that contract ready with money ready to be transferred to his bank account tax free no questions asked or no deal for me either.
In addition, the Holy Spirit revealed that the Illuminate hacked into my entire family’s smart devices in 2020 – everyone including extended family, nieces, nephews, everyone. I would like for all my family members to be able to write a letter of request for anything they would like from the Illuminate group’s bank accounts and given whatever they ask as long as it is legal and will not cause harm to themselves or others (aka no illegal drugs and no getting stupid with big amounts of cash 🤪).
