I speak about my fitness journey and how the Lord has shown me favor in the dance/aerobics space with very limited amounts of time. Choose activities that bring you joy and help you lose track of time. Chances are, those are the areas He designed specifically for you! And if you aren’t sure what those areas are yet, try different activities (that are legal of course 😉) and maybe even serve in your community to help others and learn more about areas that might bring you joy.
