Q: Hey Brian, can you share a bit of your background related to mindset and your theoretical approach?

A: I work with disabled children, I am also a music producer and singer/songwriter, author, vocal coach, believer in God and believe in a taking action to keep a positive mindset.

Q: What advice would you give our readers who want to improve their mindset?

A:  Happiness and positivity are a daily intentional practice. Surround yourself with positive people. Take moments throughout the day for silence to reflect on your purpose. Pay attention to what you read/watch.

Q: Move Happy™ is about building community. What tips do you have for our readers who want to get connected to a community?

A: Find like minded people in your community by joining a group that interests you. Meetup.org is a great resource if you’re new to an area.

Q: Move Happy™ is also about fitness for life, even if your budget is tight. What’s your favorite way to move your body?

A: Elevate app, walk a mile every day. It’s funny you mentioned the budget part because I was on disability from a medical injury for 4 years. I was on a very limited budget and decided when I came home from my surgery that I would walk a mile every day. I never regretted exercise. It’s good for your body, mind, and mood.

Q: Any other tips you want to share with our audience?

A: Have a morning routine, exercise daily, sing daily, dance daily, and have 10 minutes of silence every day.

Q: Lastly for fun, if you could be any superhero, who would you be and why?

A: Incredible hulk, I would be strong to protect against the bad guys and negativity and also caring for the weak and vulnerable.

Thanks Brian for the awesome tips!
