A word came this morning to me and I thought I’d share with you to encourage you if you’re struggling. Whatever you are going through today, we encourage you to know that the Creator of the Universe is fighting battles for you.
As 1 John 4:11 says, lead with love ❤️. Even when its challenging to be kind and loving, start here and assume the best.
When my colleague kept not going together to houses repeatedly even when I asked what time we’re meeting so we could go together, instead of calling him out each time (it was our 1st day working together), I parked in front of him at one of the stops as the way the driveway went I was 1st out. I walked over to his vehicle and brought snacks and drinks to help keep him cool 💦 because it was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside and upwards to 150 degrees in the attacks we worked in.
I had heard him talking about another person last week that’s in my same role to one of the commercial managers in the shop saying she was, “way too bossy and sold something that didn’t need selling.” I personally never try to spend someone else’s money 💰 but I liked his attitude towards saving the customers money if at all possible. He just hasn’t been trained on our Advantage Program and the information we’ve had in our sessions.
So I took the approach that he probably thought I was trained just like her and went a different way about it. I recognized our age differences, his level of confidence and put myself in his shoes 👞 as mama always taught me. All through the day I edified him to every customer I called and it helped to make the day run more smoothly. I didn’t sell any new machines but I did make a quality connection from a brand new customer to the company!
This customer was actually overseas when we called asleep 😴 (oops 😬- someone did not enter his friend’s number in to contact that would be at the home 🏡. Initially the customer was upset that I called him while he was sleeping (totally understandable) I was able to flip his upset behavior into a cool calm collected human and turned him into a potential job connect for one of my former interns that’s been looking for work. I also found out some fun connections about my colleague (the one that was eager to get to houses before me earlier 😉) and his family through that extra time I took on the phone for our last apt as he finally started keeping us as a unit together 😊 #progress.
James 2:15-23 says faith with action is key 🔑 to being a friend to The Creator of the Universe.
I’ve been doing a lot of faith and action lately not by choice but truly by circumstance. The Creator continues to challenge me to new levels of faith and life circumstances also are stretching me.
I wasn’t planning on ever marrying again until I met my hero of 2020. He and his connections kept me alive and restored just about all my business technologies and protected me when evil people tried to destroy me, my character, my businesses and reputation.
I have this condition like my father had called stubbornness where I don’t like handouts. I’ve been working or running small businesses since I was 9 years old and proud that my parents encouraged me to earn most of my money. So I didn’t ask them for things growing up. I pretty much have paid my way my entire life except for a small amount of times where it was an emergency (like when my ex husband moved our entire bank account to a secret account illegally and the courts took 4 months to look at the case to fix it, with a guaranteed teaching job I had earned had let me go and all 1st year teachers that were brand new to the district through legal loopholes).
Starting a new business while moving across the country, taking a pay cut to be able to help a family member and deciding not to take loans out, while also working a full time day job wasn’t easy back in 2018. I spent the next couple of years building it up with my extra money on instagram and Facebook ads, started a podcast from scratch in 2019, launched 2nd biz, changed day jobs to make more money, and various reasons, then got hit by the first big semi truck 🚛.
I didn’t plan to get stuck in another state during the pandemic, start fresh with a new job out of emergency and have temporary housing all simultaneously but I made it work. I hustled on LI and Indeed job applications and reached out to top level leaders with brief messages letting them know I was looking for work. I actually remember being offered a job in life insurance and the business owner wanted me on her son’s team because of my level of confidence and network. However, after learning from the top sales people in the industry what really happens to patients with mental illness getting negative marks for life and having to pay higher premiums for life, it did not sit right with me selling a product to people and representing an industry that does not support my life mission of ending global suicide and helping people with mental illness across the board be better understood and respected. They actually were in such desperate need they were allowing people to sign up health and life insurances over the phone during the pandemic WITHOUT A LICENSE IN INSURANCE! Anyone that purchased during the pandemic, you may want to check your current policy and get second opinions if you’re unhappy with your current provider.
I was blessed to make some solid connections in the professional life coaching and business coaching space through grace and The Creator’s timing. If you know the name Tony Robbins, you know he’s changed millions of lives around the world. He was listed verbally to me as one of the people that I’d be speaking on stage alongside from a US Marine Veteran that just happened to be one of my patients in the psychiatric hospital where the original Move Happy®️ was first created in 2016. At that point I had only had a smart phone for 1 year and basically was in infant status in knowledge and lost my father that same year and was working full time at the hospital and driving for Uber/Lyft outside of the hospital and building out my direct sales business. My time was extremely limited but I knew building something to make the hospital stay better for my patients would be healing for me. 4 short years later, my patient’s words became my reality just about. I haven’t spoken on stage yet with Tony but I did make a quality connection to his former Chef who’s also worked with some big names in Hollywood, is a Believer in the Creator and is working plans to help support my business endeavors in The Creator’s timing.
During that same time frame, I made a TON of quality connections to top level leaders and had outstanding guests on my podcast including top level security for the US Government, Team Doctor of the Baltimore Oreoles, PR professional that’s worked with Cirque du Soleil, Carnegie Mellon University and THE ACTUAL Mr. ROGERS from the PBS Series. He actually asked me to coach his son who’s a TikTok influencer in balancing life and brand growth frustrations. I thought to myself, who am I that these people see something in me to add value to their families? The Creator can open doors for you that stretch you beyond what you see in yourself.
I needed steady income as I was building out an internship program to help us expand the sales of Move Happy®️ with the shifting world and created a new offering called Work Happy Workshop®️. I was blessed to be able to expand the internship program to 3 continents rather swiftly through partnerships with a professional from India helping support the business development and whatnot. He even asked if his son could work for me because his dream was to one day go to college in America at a big Ivy League school. With 1 phone call networking chat with a cyber security expert in the IT space, one of the OG’s from Apple, Microsoft, we hadn’t even added the WHW®️ to the website yet because my website guy was MIA 🥴. He offered to speak to the CEO of his company about my offering and 3-way emailed him after our call. I looked up their number of employees after the fact (I tend to get nervous if I get too many details before speaking to someone 😂). I found out they have 1300+ Employees! The CEO checked out my website but unfortunately it wasn’t the right time for the referral as I needed website support first. However, it told me that there was interest with businesses in supporting work life balance and that top level leaders wanted what I had to offer out of my own mind and inspired creation.
While building out the internship program I took a day job working for a mega rich family to coach their kiddo in the summer (aka mental health coach and also super nanny. They hired me because of the content from Move Happy®️ on social media, my blog and the podcast shows I put work in for the past 2 years in total (1 for the podcast, 2 for the blog and social). Sadly the rich family got bored of being stuck at home and started traveling when they weren’t supposed to and I didn’t want to potentially kill my temporary landlord because of her high risk medical condition, so I asked them kindly to get Covid tested. They didn’t like 1099 employees giving orders and let me go with $0 severance, and sadly I had to move as my temporary landlord was selling her home.
I created a new networking offering to help bring couples together as well as connect for potential business opportunities (something like a VIP experience for higher income professionals). This is my 13th therapy I developed called Rich Happy Therapy®️ or RHT®️ for short. We had the 1st one for free with 3 continents represented and the results were highly successful in improving people’s moods and making quality connections for them. I enjoy doing things like this so I would have kept doing it for free had I had enough cash flow coming in however I didn’t so I decided to charge for the 2nd event and allow some to join in for free for their value space (like one of the top security detail leaders of the US, and a business mentor that volunteered to help me complete my song for the International Mental Health Day Oct 10th 2020). Via email invite only we maxed capacity for the event in 2 hours. I didn’t know how much people wanted to connect with others and how leaning into my strengths of bringing people together would bring me so much joy too!
Sadly, not everyone that volunteers to help you is actually helping you. Keep your friends close and your enemies even closer is a strong and poignant message I learned all too much about. The woman that reached out to me to help complete my song (which was actually a fun experience) blamed me for her phone getting hacked, tried to threaten me to give her 100% rights to the song, and I believe was a part of the plan to put a hit on my life (stage it like a murder-suicide) and steal all my intellectual properties. Pure evil. Yet even still, it says in The Word to Love your Enemies as I have loved you. So instead of keeping 100% of the rights of the song which I have every legal right to, I offer her 50% which is more than fair. If you ever hear a version of the song, “You are loved” that doesn’t have my name on it, know that it was either her or she conned someone else to buy it off of her. Love those people too but I wouldn’t keep them in close circle.
Right about that time my digital technologies had been compromised, home break-in occurred and I found myself in a place they call safe housing (typically for domestic violence cases). I didn’t qualify officially for safe housing because the person that threatened to kill his mom with a plan that I had turned over to the police for a mental wellness check did not technically live with me. However, my persuasion skills, and lots of prayer opened up 1 week space in this safe house #grateful.
That’s where I met this homeless veteran. He took me under his wings and kept me safe from whomever was trying to kick me when I was down. If you didn’t gather by this point, I had to shut my internship program down and focus on housing for myself and safety. Evil people suck 🤮.
This homeless Veteran befriended me and I helped him recover from a stroke he had a couple years back and some lingering after effects. He took me to church and helped me get housing support as I had no money coming in with all my accounts frozen from digital attacks. He even sold his motorcycle 🏍 to have money in case I needed help (without me asking mind you). I didn’t know him but he chose to lead with love like 1 John 4:11-12 states.
My hero of 2020 proposed to me after only knowing me a few weeks. He said it would be because of his retirement fund he’s been pouring into for years for his family but Obama changed the laws when he was in office and he had to have a spouse for 2 years or more to be able to give this money to when he died. I’m stubborn like my parents raised me to be independent and not take money from others that wasn’t earned so I politely declined..
We had a falling out in 2021 I think because he fell in love romantically and I saw him as a father figure. I wanted my own time to heal and grieve over what happened in the craziness of 2020.
I launched my 3rd business in 2021 through The Creator of the Universe’s nudging in my heart 💜 to launch concerts for Veterans and First Responders as a way of saying thank you to my 2020 hero and all his buddies and all the rest of those professionals around the world 🌎 that do not get enough credit for what they do and certainly don’t get paid for risking their lives.
Earlier this year he called me out of the blue and we reconnected and volunteered to feed the homeless veterans sleeping in tents 🏕 in the middle of winter ❄️ in my own area of the USA 🇺🇸. I’m a part of a prayer group on Linkedin with 10,000 people around the world and the leaders said we needed to focus on feeding the homeless. I didn’t have the money and asked for help but none of them gave me any so I used my credit card anyway and spoke to my private chef friend about it after the fact. He made some calls I know because that’s when some people that should have helped wanted to schedule more calls to chat with me. Lets take action people. I don’t have time to chat with people that aren’t listening to what top leadership is saying. Anyway, I digress. We spent my credit card and some of my existing ash and got some food donations from a Foodbank I had volunteered with my friend earlier in the year and fed 60 families. It wasn’t enough food because we ran out but it was better than praying for people and not taking action as James 2:15-23 states.
We would have kept feeding the homeless but I was driving for Lyft and got hit by another car with a customer in the car one day and Lyft refused to pay for the damages unless it was over $2500 deductible and now won’t allow me to drive on the app even if I wanted to even though I had over 2500+ 5 star ratings. So I got hired remotely since I had made a move to try this marriage thing and support my hero of 2020.
The remote job didn’t pay as promised and the team culture sucked so I reached out for support on a bullying issue, waited a week for management to address it, they didn’t. So I reached out to one of my Lyft customers that had offered his home 🏡 to me for our final concert series of 2021 (with a presidential candidate in attendance) and asked him if he knew of any openings in sales roles in HVAC… random right?! But wait there more..
When the rich family let me go, I had briefly sold $12 million in 2020. I had 0 industry experience, a 3 page cold calling script I re-wrote, and created an SOP. Sadly they let everyone go and weren’t going to pay any of us for our time, not even the recruiter that landed us the job. I learned there was money in the industry but that company was no bueno.
Flash forward a few months ago..
We released a new development in therapy I designed and am still designing through community effort and my own personal reflections called Real Entertainment Therapy Experience®️. Its the 14th therapy I’ve developed since graduate school (the 1st one was stolen during 2020 but I have digital copies and ways to reach out to the people at my school so 🤪). RETE®️ is the 1st ever global entertainment therapy. The goal is to present data to the Joint Commission, get it white papered and eventually present it as an entertainment therapy taught in all text books in all universities around the world 🌎 as an alternative to traditional talk therapy and medication 💊 (or in addition to 😉).
My doctor’s office decided to be kind and send the invite to all 650+ locations at about 65,000+ people invited and I shared about how grateful I was for his kindness online an the overwhelming feelings I had because I am a team of 1 and 1 volunteer as of right now.
Haters always gonna hate unfortunately so I am learning to juggle what to post and what to keep to myself is probably a forever work in progress for me… but I’m not giving up hope and remembering the promises that The Creator of the Universe whispered in my ear…
I started getting hacked again and wasn’t feeling safe so I reached out to my hero of 2020 to feel safe once again and laugh.. he always knew how to be funny without being vulgar #MuchAppreciated
My 2020 hero and I decided to get married and I’d take care of taking him to doctor appointments and whatnot and he’d be able to allocate his retirement money wherever he desired through a prenup upon his passing down the road…
Only he never signed one and got upset one day and asked me to leave..
I prayed and tried to work through the confusion of his frustrations but he asked me for a divorce 7x even before we got married so I felt in my heart maybe he really didn’t want me there at all just wanted to help me temporarily…
I’m still not clear on it all and it still hurts because of the unknown and the frustrations of moving, losing all my boxes of books and memory journal my father made for me… but we learn to let go of things and focus on what we do have as that keeps us moving forward in life..
I moved away for a month to try and repay my hero of 2020 for what he had done for me by honoring his wishes of marriage so his funds wouldn’t be going to the government but to the people…
But he changed his mind on what he wanted..
I know The Creator put us together for a reason and even though I had to move 4x this year and deal with tax issues with new employers since paperwork hasn’t officially been signed on his end, I still love him like Jesus taught me to..

It may not mean we should be in the same address but we can certainly be friends one day if its meant to be..

I’m grateful friends of my 2020 hero have ceased from harassing me and have ceased from putting messages on my business pages out of emotional spite for things they don’t fully understand.
2022 is the year Erin focuses on her own healing and grows in her knowledge of a new professional industry 💪 gets 2.0 and 3.0 versions out of RETE®️ released and makes some good money to not need any roommates unless she wants one for company 💃.
Oh and another one of my creations I was inspired to designed this past fall is still a work in progress and will launch later when The Creator says so. It’s focus is on helping college age students stay in school and help keep profits at universities called The Power To Choose Joy Music Experience®️. Its a 1-2 hour musical experience sharing original songs, and stories to inspire college age students to stay in school and inspire more joy in their hearts to pursue life’s passions. When we lean into our strengths offerings and opportunities to add value to others begin opening up…
Another update is regarding the first EP Release from Erin Nicole Ministries called Love Conquers All! 🎶 We’ve got some hiccups still with NFT websites not recognizing nonprofit bank account so once we solve that issue, the 1st EP should be out soon 💃. I had the honor of having 2 of the 6 songs produced by Mark Cuban’s podcast host who’s also got some major Emmys or Grammys (his website says different things). Additionally, I had one of my minister connections volunteer to help produce the other 4 songs and spent a TON of time revising it as my computer metronome hasn’t been working since the computer hacking so it makes recording music extremely difficult when working with production professionals. However he was extremely patient and put in the time and effort. He said he’d do it for free but I want to keep my word and honor him and all 100+ volunteers in 26+ countries that helped me launch my nonprofit in 2021 through the NFT sale. If you can assist with this in anyway, please reach out asap! It has to be a US Based company that recognizes nonprofit bank accounts as I want to help grow the economy in the United States first as I’ll be paying government taxes to the US and will also not be keeping a cent from the sale of this NFT.
